THIRSTY?

Water is boring and there are so many other exciting beverages out there that tickle our fancies, but it is so important to be hydrated. You are supposed to drink about 2 litres of water everyday. How many of us can say that we actually do?

That is why the next challenge we are setting is exactly that, drink 2 litres of water a day.

We recently read something interesting:

If you don't drink enough water, then your body begins to store water for you. Therefore when you do start drinking lots of water you need to go to the loo a lot. So you aren't urinating the water you’ve just drank, but the water that your body has been storing. Interesting, no?



A huge tip is to keep a bottle in front of you whether it is on your desk at work, at home or in your bag. This way you can visibly see how much water you have drank throughout the day.
