We can't get over how cold it still is here in the UK! Going to the gym isn't as fun when it's so cold outside and theres a few ways we deal with this at JAMI London HQ. We either don't go (we always regret it) or we layer! Here is what one of our lovely JAMI ladies wore last night to the gym and then on to yoga!
JAMI is so easy to layer and look good doing so. We also like to layer dark colours with a pop of Seville underneath!
