Spring has sprung the daffodils are out (nearly) and the summer holiday is booked! Is there something we're forgetting? Oh yes.. the fact that we're going to be hitting the beach this summer and we're not ready! Here at JAMI we love to keep fit and try new things to spice up our workouts, but due to a long and cold winter snuggled up at home we are definitely not prepared to hit the beach as of yet.
We have decided to challenge ourselves to get that body ready for the beach in time for our summer holidays! And we wanted to invite you to join us on our 3 month challenge to get holiday ready!
Over the next 3 months we will be posting little tips and tricks that we have been using to get ourselves ready. This will include recipes, workout ideas and new activities that will help tone us up! Here at JAMI we feel that nothing should be restricted but everything should be eaten / drank in a moderate and healthy manner.
We're not into dieting, in fact we love food and love trying new recipes so we will be posting a few recipes that we have tried and tested that not only taste amazing but aren't going to ruin your hard work!
